Kansas City Chiefs players may be taking a week off heading into the playoffs, but they are not immune from the household chores many of us face, including shoveling snow.
Amid Kansas City’s historic snowstorm this week, Chiefs cornerback Jaylen Watson took to Twitter to ask his followers for a shovel to borrow.
One Chiefs fan, user @huwokchu, responded to Watson and offered his services to the two-time Super Bowl champion.
After exchanging Twitter DMs, the Twitter user met up with Watson to shovel his snow and the second-year defensive back rewarded him with a signed authentic jersey that read “To William. Thanks for the help + support. Go Chiefs!!”.
Take a look at their full interaction below:

absolutely not.
what do Chiefs players preparing for playoffs have in common with the elderly and disabled?
they shouldn’t be out there shoveling ice covered driveways.
when and where? I got you.

KCTV’s Marleah Campbell ran a story on the good deed, which proved to be a hit for the local news station.
Watson has been sidelined since Week 7 due to an ankle injury, but he is expected to return to action during Kansas City’s playoff run after the Chiefs opened his practice window last week.
