The NFL will host its ninth annual NFL Women’s Forum presented by Amazon Web Services in Indianapolis during the 2025 NFL Combine. The event, which will take place on Wednesday, February 26th, will feature several members from different teams around the league, including the Kansas City Chiefs.
Chiefs Player Personnel Coordinator Madison Aponte will be amongst other female scouts on the ‘Blazing the Scouting Trail: A Discussion with Twelve NFL Scouts’ panel. In 2022, Aponte joined the Chiefs organization as part of the Norma Hunt training camp fellowship program before being hired as a player personnel assistant.
The 2025 Women’s Forum will connect 40 women with leaders in professional football to provide insight and networking opportunities for their careers in scouting, data and analytics, coaching, and football operations. Since its inception in 2017, 310 participants have gone through the Forum, and over 250 opportunities have emerged for women in all levels of football.
Twenty-nine teams have hired past Women’s Forum participants, and all 32 clubs engaged in the Forum in some capacity last year. Last season, the NFL had 15 full-time women coaches, a league record and the most for any male professional sports league worldwide.
