Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are going strong, but it wasn’t always smooth sailing.
According to Us Weekly, Swift had legitimate concerns about how Kelce would handle all the buzz surrounding their romance. After all, it feels like every move she makes ends up in the news cycle.
“His life has changed significantly with the increased public attention,” a source told Us Weekly. “Taylor was worried that bringing Travis into her world would scare him away, but he embraced it and handled it so well.”
Kelce has adjusted well to all the fame, but some insiders claim it wasn’t easy for the All-Pro tight end.
“People would show up at his house and leave things on his doorstep,” another source told Us Weekly. “It kind of freaked him out at first. He didn’t feel safe.”
Any doubts about Kelce’s confidence were erased when he participated in the intro for “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” during Swift’s concert at Wembley Stadium. He truly shined in the spotlight.
While we’re not sure if Kelce and Swift are ready to take the next step in their relationship, it’s evident they’ll support each other as much as possible.
