Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were in Italy last weekend and the Chiefs tight end decided to do some heavy-duty shopping for his girlfriend.
While Swift was performing for several days in Italy, Kelce went on a shopping spree at Italy’s iconic luxury outlets and spent a working man’s yearly salary on gifts for her.
According to The Sun, Kelce spent nearly $75,000 on items from Valentino, Prada, Bottega Veneta and Fendi. Some of the items on the shopping list include a $3,000 handbag, a $9,000 sleeveless dress and a $4,000 mini-dress.
Per the outlet, Kelce chose those stores because he knows on authority that Swift loves those particular brands.
“Travis knows Taylor loves these brands,” The Sun wrote, citing a source close to the situation. “He wants her to have a true Italian touch in her closet. Travis loves Valentino, both for him and Taylor.”
Interestingly enough, Kelce wasn’t actually in Italy for the concerts (though he has attended many in the past year), but was instead there for a charity golf event with his brother, former All-Pro center Jason Kelce.
The two were last seen together in Germany, according to the Daily Mail.
Kelce will have to head back to Kansas City for the Chiefs’ upcoming training camp. So getting Swift some nice gifts before he’s off to work for the better part of six months seems like a very nice thing to do.
