KU coaches encouraged by development of young cornerbacks during spring practice
The KU cornerbacks room is in a different position heading into the 2024 season than it was this time last year. The Jayhawks boast a pair of All Big 12 corners in Cobee Bryant and Mello Dotson. The duo produced at an incredibly high level during the 2023 season, which saw them both receive individual accolades. But, the duo is entering their respective senior seasons and unlike last season when KU had experienced reserves like Kalon Gervin and Kwinton Lassiter, KU is not afforded the same veteran depth heading into 2024.

The latest preseason college football top 25 rankings are out from ESPN, a poll which reflects transfer portal additions, various roster changes and conference-title contenders perceptions. There are a number of projections and polls this time of year summoning engagement and this one’s a good bit different from the 247Sports rankings.

Fans and video gamers alike have had to wait nearly a decade since EA Sports put out a college football video game. That wait is set to end this summer, leading to a whole lot of anticipation for what’s to come. What we know for sure, KU is involved in the game and Jayhawk fans will be able to use current players in the new game.
Rice transfer Noah Shelby commits to Kansas
Kansas basketball has picked up another commitment from a transfer. On Sunday, Rice transfer Noah Shelby committed to Bill Self and the Jayhawks, he tells Phog.net. Described as one of the top shooters in the 2022 high school recruiting class, a source tells Phog.net that Shelby will redshirt during his first season with the KU program. He will have two seasons of playing eligibility left starting in the 2025-26 season.
