Brett Yormark expects the Big 12 to be ‘the deepest football conference in America’ this fall
LAS VEGAS — Lance Leipold likes to say that the improvement of the Kansas football program has allowed the Jayhawks to do their part in improving the Big 12 on the gridiron and making the conference a competitive one from top to bottom. Well, Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yormark echoed the latter part of that sentiment on Tuesday when kicking off Big 12 Media Days in Las Vegas.
Ranking college football’s 10 most dynamic running back tandems
College football’s most-talented running back rooms certainly impact the fall playoff race, but which teams have the best tandems is a different ranking entirely. Backfield depth matters, but the two players getting the most carries as headliners get top billing and there’s nothing like hitting a defense with a 1-2 punch with little to no drop-off in terms of production.

“As I think about our commercial business, our top priority is growth and creating value for our member institutions,” Yormark said. “I often refer to our league as a mature startup. This means our brand can be younger, more progressive, and innovative, compared to some of our peers.”

Takeaways from CNN’s investigation: How Airbnb fails to protect its guest from hidden cameras | CNN Business
For years, Airbnb has known some of its hosts have used hidden cameras to secretly spy on guests, invading their most private and intimate moments. While Airbnb has repeatedly acknowledged the problem in financial filings, it has worked to keep the scope of the issue out of the public eye through arbitration, confidential settlements and employee non-disclosure agreements. The company has also fought against regulations that could protect users and would provide authorities with more insight into who is using the platform.
