Peyton Marshall, the 7-foot four-star big man from Marietta (GA) Kell, committed to Missouri on Friday after previously decommitting from Auburn.
Ranked the No. 9 center in the Class of 2024 by 247Sports.com, he also held offers from Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, Xavier, NC State, Providence, Maryland, Ohio State.
“I chose Mizzou because I feel like the system that they use will help me show my game for the next level and also get me ready for it because of how they play,” he told On3.com. “Also because of the consistency in recruiting from the entire staff.”

He added: “I would say I’m a traditional big man who’s good on both ends of the floor with outstanding passing ability.”
He joins four-star small forward Marcus Allen and three-star combo guard T.O. Barrett in Mizzou’s 2024 class.
