The Royals are a young team that made a surprise run to the post-season last year. Some see a team that got lucky and is due to regress, others see a team on the rise that made the moves to improve this off-season.
FanDuel had the Royals’ over/under win total before the season at 81.5, and most models have the Royals between 80-85 wins.
Earlier this week we asked fans if they were taking the over or under on 81.5 wins for the Royals and the overwhelming majority are smashing the over.
Perhaps it didn’t hurt the Royals finished up a 5-2 home stand?
