The playoffs return to the K.
The playoffs return to Kansas City, and you can expect the K to be rocking for Game 3 with the ALDS tied at one win apiece.
The Royals start Seth Lugo who was pulled in the fifth inning of his last start in the Wild Card series against the Orioles. He had a fantastic regular season, finishing sixth among all pitchers in fWAR. He gave up four runs in two starts against the Yankees this year, tossing seven shutout innings against them last month with ten strikeouts and no walks. Aaron Judge is hitless in eight plate appearances against him in his career, but Juan Soto is 4-for-16 with a home run and five walks.
